THE BENEFITS OF OUR LOCATION

Pat-A-Cake is in a quiet, residential neighborhood of the Byram section of Greenwich. This location gives us many wonderful opportunities to take our toddlers and preschoolers on walking field trips.

Every Tuesday during the academic school year, weather permitting, our preschoolers and teachers walk to the Byram Shubert Library for story time with Ms. Andrea.

During the fall, for Fire Safety month, we walk to the Byram Fire Station, where the children learn safety protocol, climb aboard the impressive fire trucks, and even get behind the wheel.

Big events for our older toddlers are trips to our local bakery, Kneaded Bread, and a short ride on Metro North railroad to the hub of Greenwich’s business district for lunch.

When the weather is warm the children revel in trips to beautiful Byram Beach, where they explore the beachfront and enjoy water
and sand play.
